Let’s talk about sex.
School taught us a lot about sex. Well, by a lot we mean how to put condoms on bananas.
Then there were the rumours we heard from the older kids, which sounded unbelievable but we were all too embarrassed to ask (turns out, they really were making it up).
By the time we’re old enough to start seriously considering doing the deed, most of us will have absorbed a lot of information about sex – almost all of it wrong.
So what are the truths about sex that we wish we’d known beforehand? Reddit asked people to reveal the things you won’t know until you start having sex.
1. ‘There are a lot of funny noises’
Sex basically consists of body parts hitting or rubbing against one another, with the addition of a lot of bodily fluids. There’s going to be noise, and not just the moaning kind.
