Have you ever loved anything as much as Chunk the Bulldog puppy loves his new mattress?

Have you ever loved anything as much as Chunk the Bulldog puppy loves his new mattress? http://metro.co.uk/2014/12/30/have-you-ever-loved-anything-as-much-as-chunk-the-bulldog-puppy-loves-his-new-mattress-5003500/ alisonlynch2013

Chunk the four-month-old English Bulldog puppy just got a new memory foam mattress for Christmas.

And he’s absolutely thrilled with himself.

His owner posted a video of the first time he stepped into his new bed before Christmas and we think it’s fair to say it’s a hit.

In fact, he gets so over-excited bouncing around on it, he wears himself out and has to take a moment. We’ve all been there.

But after a dismissive turn around his old digs, he soon resumes jumping for joy on the new mattress, eventually – and somewhat inevitably – bouncing himself right off.

Keep on keeping on Chuck.

Two women have decided that there aren’t enough lesbian emojis in the world, so they’ve created their own

Let’s be honest, communication has been transformed with the invention of emojis. The little cartoon icons may have started out as simple yellow smiley faces that were bandied around on MSN Messenger, but in 2014, they’re a language all of their own.

Which is why it makes perfect sense that there are emojis to represent every one of us, and why Katie Streeter and Kim Linn have created an Instagram account dedicated to lesbian emojis.

They are brilliant and it’s pretty tough to choose a favourite. Will it be the turkey baster, open closet door or preppy bowtie? It’s too close to call.

No doubt Debbie Downers all over the world will accuse them of stereotyping lesbianism just as the current official emojis have a bias towards straight gender stereotypes, but why don’t we just celebrate them for what they are? Funny and fun.

Get yourself over to their Instagram feed and see for yourself. Fingers crossed they’ll appear in Whatsapp and Twitter sooner rather than later.
