15 things to know before dating someone with anxiety
People with anxiety aren’t a super sensitive separate species. But, there are a few things you should probably know.
Mostly, we just want you to stay calm, be there for us when we need it, and always be open to talking stuff out. To be the best person ever when dating someone with anxiety, here’s some stuff it’s worth being aware of.
1. Never, ever call us ‘crazy’
Kind of tapping into our biggest insecurity there, buddy.
2. Sometimes, being logical isn’t the best thing
Deep down, we KNOW that we’re not going to get fired because of that stupid thing we said to our boss. But just let us rant for a bit.

Captain the pug realises he’s going to the pet shop; totally loses it
You think you get a little over-excited when there’s a sample sale at Sophia Webster.
But, that’s nothing compared to Captain the pug’s reaction when he spots the sign for his favourite shop: Petsmart.
Captain is a big fan of Petsmart. Big. HUGE.
According to his owner, this is his standard reaction when he realises he’s going to Petsmart.
He totally loses it. Cue much puggy squealing and a little car jig.
Just as he begins to calm down, his owner reminds him where they are, and off he goes again.
