Remember when we were all chucking ice cold water over our heads for a good cause?
This latest social media challenge is about keeping a little more dry. Yup.
The #JustATampon challenge is a campaign aiming to get people to share a selfie with a tampon to break the stigma around periods.
And it has taken off big time.

It’s a sad day when your favourite ice cream is discontinued.
You might think that being a co-founder of one of the best-loved ice creams in the world might except you from this, but you would be wrong.
Today, in an exclusive interview for Metro.co.uk, Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Jerry Greenfield revealed his secret heartbreak.
He said: ‘Ben’s and my favouirite flavours aren’t being made.
It doesn’t matter if you’re Ben or Jerry, if it doesn’t sell it gets discontinued.’
And the ice cream he pines for? Coconut Almond Fudge Chip.
He said he thought the fact coconut is ‘very polarising’ could be behind the fact others weren’t as taken with it as he.
Meanwhile, Ben Cohen’s favourite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Mocca Walnut, has also kicked the bucket.
Explaining the secret to Ben & Jerry’s success, Jerry said: ‘It’s easy to do things lousy – it’s hard to do things right.’

Ben & Jerry’s is making a dairy-free ice cream
Great news vegans and lactose intolerants – Ben & Jerry’s is creating the answer to your ice cream prayers.
Today, in an exclusive Metro.co.uk interview, Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Jerry Greenfield said the team are working on a ‘delicious’ dairy-free ice cream.
He said Ben & Jerry’s would be using coconut milk or almond milk as the base for the new frozen sweet treat.
Jerry added he hoped it would mean a lot to all those who can’t eat dairy.
He said: ‘I think that’s a big thing for Ben & Jerry’s to be doing that.
‘In the US there are (dairy free) alternatives from smaller companies but Ben & Jerry’s will be first mainstream company that will do that and will also do it in a really delicious way.’
Dairy-free Ben & Jerry’s will be available in the US in spring next year (2016) and a little later in the UK.
