Gym crew: This is why you shouldn’t run and oggle
Lesson of the day: Don’t oggle and treadmill.
We all know that exercise can be dangerous. You could pull a muscle, slip a disk, or almost break your neck falling off a treadmill after getting distracted by a bootylicious babe.
Ok, so the latter is pretty rare, but as this video shows, not totally implausible.

Because that’s just what happened to one hapless gym goer, when he spotted a hottie during his daily workout.
But best of all – better than his tumble, better than her face as she stares down at her admirer, is his quick thinking as he tries to style out his fall by doing some push ups.
Now that’s what we call a nice recovery.
